We will be in Europe for 3 months from April 29th to July 26th this year and would ideally like to rent our house during that time for a fairly nominal sum.
We are a retired professional couple - non-smoking who enjoy golf, bridge scenery and history.
Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom detached house with modern kitchen, dishwasher etc. is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac on the border of NSW and Queensland at the Southern end of the Gold Coast and is just 10 minutes from the Coolangatta Airport (now international with flights with Air Asia to London Stansted from around AUD1000 return) and 1 hour from Brisbane. There are glorious river Tweed and Coral Sea views from all windows. As this is a popular holiday destination there is a lot of entertainment, good restaurants, beautiful drives and theme parks (Movieworld, Seaworld & Dreamworld). The climate is sub-tropical and therefore rarely goes below 20 deg. celsius during the day. Beautiful mountain and rainforest areas to visit and many world class golf courses just a short drive away. We have a computer with ADSL connection for your use, also two cars a Mitsubishi Magna and an older Ford Falcon which are also available for exchange.

Initially we are looking for a couple to rent our house inexpensively for the 3 momths we are away this year. At this time of year we have long sunny days around 25 deg celcius and very little rain.
