We have a 3 bedroom house in a tourist village behind the Sunshine coast, one of Australia's premier tourist destinations. The house is comfortable with great views over the surrounding countryside to the ocean. The village has shops, doctors and pharmacy but also close to major shopping centres. It is close to a regional airport and train services and 30 minutes drive to 7000 Km of beaches. A car is a neccessity and we are happy to exchange one of our small fuel efficient cars.
We are a retired couple experienced with several previous home exchanges.
We like to exchange in our spring or fall when the weather here tends to be at its best, not too hot and wet and not too cold, and for 6-8 weeks. We are currently interested in England or France but will consider anywhere.
