Townhouse with 2 bedrooms plus den and 3 complete bathrooms on 2 levels overlooking Cowichan Bay which is on the east coast of Vancouver Island about 50 mins north of Victoria.

Cowichan Bay is a small working fishing village stretched along the banks of the Bay. It boasts an artisan bread shop, cheese shop, maritime museum, and a variety of eating places and restaurants. You can buy local seafood direct from the boat or at the excellent local fish shop.

It is an ideal centre for outdoor based activities Excellent hiking and cycling is right on the doorstep and kayaking, fishing, and whale watching trips are all available in the village.

The townhouse is in a complex of 28 units about a 5 minutes walk above the village. It is a15 minute drive to the larger town of Duncan and only 50 minutes to the centre of the provincial capital of Victoria with its famous harbour. There is a regular ferry service from Victoria to Seattle and Port Angeles in the USA and Vancouver on the BC mainland.

We are a retired professional couple who spend half the year in Canada and half in Australia. We are therefore flexible about dates and offer a home in either country.
