We are a semi retired couple with an apartment at "Seapoint"- a block of 24 holiday apartments on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The location is Caloundra, the gateway to the Sunshine Coast.It is an hour north of Brisbane.
Our apartment is on the top (4th) floor - fabulous views. It is newly refurbished throughout - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Spacious dining/living area. (100 sq.m.+ 10 sq.m balcony overlooking the ocean.) There is a heated pool and the apartments are set in beautiful gardens.There is also an on site manager and secure undercover parking.(www.seapointapartments.com )
There are fabulous beach walks,cafes etc in both directions as well as a choice of surf patrolled swimming. The Sunshine coast is a popular tourist destination - attractions like Australia Zoo close by. Day trips to Fraser island, the biggest sand island in the world, are also possible.
As this is our holiday apartment we are happy to do non simultaneous exchanges, but it would make the inclusion of a car more problematic. We live in inner city Brisbane and our home could also be part of the exchange.
We are keen to go anywhere in Europe(preferably non capital city) in 2013. We have a daughter in Melbourne so we are always interested in spending time there.
No pets. No children.
