Our home will be available for most of this time as well for periods in February and October.

The exchange does not have to be simultaneous as we are flexible in making our home available. We have also hosted stays and found new friends from that experience.

We have good neighbours and family who live nearby. They can arrange keys and help you Our home is in a new development in Breakfast Point, 12 km from the centre of Sydney. It takes 30 minutes by Rivercat (a spectacular ferry ride on the Parramatta River) or by bus/train to the city. The small village shopping centre with supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants is 5 minutes walk and there are 2 golf courses within 10 minutes drive.

Other major entertainment and food centres are within 10 minutes drive.

Our home is a new apartment overlooking playing fields and the city.The main bedroom has QS bed, ensuite and robe, the second has QS bed and its own bathroom. The open plan living area has good views from a large patio with extended arm awning(great for breakfast).

The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a security block, with underground parking and an elevator. It has cable TV and modem from both computers in the study. It could take 2 couples and an automatic car could be made available.
