We live on the country side of Hanau, which is located directly in the neihbourhood of Frankfurt (12 km away from the edge of town), on a safe and very quiet spot.

Our home has easy access to downtown Frankfurt by car and public transportation. A public golf course is not that far away and a tennis club is around the corner, where we use to play as much as we can in summertime.

The area is famous for its half-timbered houses and convenient pubs and restaurants.

Splendid hiking trails are leading to ancient places with worth seeing castles and palaces.

Frankfurt has a lot to provide with all its mixture of old and new. Sky scrapers and historical buildings are arranged next to each other. Most of museums are placed alongside MAIN river.

Heidelberg is only 100 km away and north of Bavaria can be reached after a 15 km drive.

Our home is a split-level 2 floor house, all rooms (2 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, a living room, a computer room and a kitchen extended by a winter garden) have been refurbished 3 years ago.

A car swap can be agreed. In front of the house right behind a creek lots of fields of grain can be seen from kitchen window.

Focus of backyard are a pond and a norwegian styled shed.

Annette worked many long years for a bank downtown Frankfurt and I am still in charge of network administration as an employee of the German stock exchange.
