David and I (both schoolteachers in
our late 50s) would love to exchange
with anywhere interesting in Europe in
the summer of 2010.We have a beautiful home with a large
garden, 10 minutes by car from the
centre of Edinburgh, historic capital of
Scotland. We are served by good bus
routes and it takes 5 minutes to access
motorways linking to Glasgow and the
rest of Scotland.
During the summer months Edinburgh
plays host to many arts and cultural
festivals and 2009 is the year of the
'Homecoming' and the city will see the
largest ever international gathering of
the clans and will provide a feast of
Scottish culture.
