	Hi we are Eric and Shirley and we have a lovely executive home 2 1/2 hours from Auckland (which is the nearest International Airport) right on the edge of the harbour at beautiful Welcome Bay. There are plenty air and road services from Auckland to Tauranga if needed. We have 3 double bedrooms OR 2 double and 1 twin share with 2 1/2 bathrooms. Everything you would want in a new and modern home. Tauranga has a population of 110,000 and Welcome Bay is 15 mins to the ocean and popular Mount Maunganui with its stunning white sand beaches,and 1 hour to World renouned geothermal Rotorua with many tourist attractions. A walk arouund the Mount is a must and for those wanting more of a challenge, how about a walk UP the Mount where you will be rewarded with stunning views so be sure to take your camera. There are 5 Hot pool areas close by including a hot salt water pool at the base of the Mount where you can have a relax after your walk or climb! Taupo is only another 45 mins and has many attractions including year round trout fishing. We have great shopping, fishing, golf, beaches,cafes, climate and many outdoor activities. We are interested in an exchange for 2 weeks to Waikiki Hawaii Sept/Oct 09. We are also open to all offers for 2010/2011 Car available by arrangement as well as a small boat and out board.
