We have an outstanding array of cuisine and places to eat,many
featuring our own produce of seafood,award winning wines,
macadamia nuts,mangos and other tropical fruits.
The close by hinterland is a magical world of tropical rain-
forests,mountain villages,national parks,art galleries,
restaurants,waterfalls and a breathtaking view of our coastline
Most vistors fly into Sydney and then fly to our local airport
Coolangatta 10mins taxi from us,
From our local airport trips can be taken to one of the world
great wonders The Great Barrier Reef in North Queensland and
also to The Stockmans Hall of Fame in the Queensland outback.
Our home is a 4yr old two story rear unit in a block of two
it is 2100sq ft and quite and private with seperate side entrance and access also through double tandem garage into
downstairs with two bedrooms,bathroom,toilet,entrance foyer,
walk in linen.office,laundry,family room with access to
private courtyard.
Upstairs has main bedroom ensuite,walk in robe,another toilet,kitchen,dining,sitting room amnd access onto balcony
which overlooks courtyard and open space at rear.
Our suburb of Tugun is like a small village,our street a mixture of older and new homes and units,only 70 metres to the
beach and the same to shops and transport
An auto can be exchanged and as we do not smoke we prefer
non smokers
