	Fernandina Beach is located on Amelia Island - It is approxamately 20 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport. Amelia is the most beautiful of the barrier islands. Our home is in an upscale neighborhood under ancient oaks. The house is two years old. It is one story with a two car garage. There is a family room ,eat in kitchen, dining room, study ,laundry, three bed rooms and two baths. The master bath is equipped with a whirlpool tub. The outdoor living eating/sitting area is spacious and screened. The home is centrally heated and air conditioned. It has all the ameneties that make life comfortable . We are just a short walk from from a lovely beach that remains free of crowds much of the year.There are numerous golf courses. It is a great area for bikeing. We have bikes,golf clubs and beach equipment available for your use. Fernandina is a great starting point for day trips to Orlando Disney attractions, Kennedy Space Center,Cumberland Island National Sea Shore Okafenokee national park and Saint Augustine the nations oldest city.
