	City: Ocean Grove / Geelong We have a comfortable brick veneer house in Ocean Grove with 3 bedrooms - 1QS with ensuite,1DB,1 with 2SB - and are 10 minutes walk from shops and beach. Ocean Grove is Victoria's most popular surf beach with kilometres of sandy beach, also handy to other surfing meccas of Torquay, Jan Juc and Bell's Beach. Ocean Grove is the gateway to world-renowned Great Ocean Road with its spectacular scenery. Our house is in a quiet residential area of this bustling seaside town which is 24km(1/2hour)from Geelong which is then 74km(1Hour)from Melbourne with good road and rail services. Geelong offers many attractions from Eastern Beach with its historic pools,waterfront Geelong with its walks, bollards and restaurants,National Wool Museum, Ford Discovery Centre, Art Gallery, Botanical Gardens, and good wining, dining and shopping. Ocean Grove is also conveniently situated for trips to the many attractions of Melbourne;to historic Ballarat;to the Open Range Zoo at Werribee;and handy to other beaches on the peninsula including Queenscliff with its 19th century charm and also ferry services across Port Phillip Bay. We are interested in home exchanges either simultaneous or non-simultaneous. We are retired teachers, non-smokers, who would be delighted in an exchange to Scotland, England, Ireland or France - but would consider any other compatible European destination. Our exchange time is flexible from 2 weeks to 4 weeks from February 2004 onwards. We would have a car available to exchange, and are eagerly looking forward to our first venture into house-exchanging.
