	We would love to exchange our beach unit in Noosa for a 1-2 bed-roomed apartment (preferably non-smoking and air-conditioned) in New York for 3-4 weeks from mid April until mid May 2004 so that we can enjoy a season of opera at the Lincoln Center. My husband (ENT surgeon) and I (former medico and latter finance academic) have just retired. We have for exchange a large 3 bedroom, two bathroom apartment available almost all year round on the hill in Little Cove, Noosa Heads with views over the Noosa River and hinterland. Noosa is a sophisticated, beautiful seaside resort approximately 140 kms north of Brisbane with excellent surf and beaches, fishing and water sports, restaurants and stunning scenery with Noosa National Park for daily walking. We are happy to pay rent if exchange is not required.
