	We live at Buddina on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia. The area is a tourist destination a little over 1 hour north of Brisbane and is noted for its long stretch of coastline suited to recreational purposes. The ancient and awesome face of the hinterland with volcanic cones, forest ranges and its winding scenic roads studded with potteries, craft shops and galleries, restaurants, markets and picnic areas is a 35 minute drive from here. Steve Irwin (crocodile hunter) has his world famous Australia Zoo located 20 minutes drive from our house. A short walk away is a large shopping centre, restaurants, tennis courts and parks. The area caters for fishing and golfing enthusiasts and courses and marinas abound. Our house is located opposite the beach and a Surf Club with a patrolled beach area is about 300 metres away. The house is 2 story: Upstairs is the main bedroom with ensuite, another bedroom with toilet and bathroom, modern open plan lounge with dining and kitchen areas which open onto a deck overlooking the ocean. Downstairs is self contained and consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, lounge and kitchenette, laundry and study. There is also an outside patio with barbecue facilities. We are looking to exchange the house and car for up to 3 months in July, August and September 2004. The temperature for this time of the year ranges from 21 down to 12 celsius. Our preference would be the midlands of England, but we are open to any suggestions for any location in England.
