	We are a couple nearing retirement and would like to spend some time away in 2004. We would prefer a rural location, within easy reach of good walking areas. We live in a coastal town, 350km north of Brisbane. Large 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with inground pool, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Large tropical garden and across the road, 18 hole golf course. Short walk to cafes, pub, safe beaches and diving areas and 1.5 hours drive from Fraser island, World Heritage area. We would be willing to exchange cars. Non smokers. Would prefer New Zealand, Ireland, France or other parts of Australia.
