Trinity Beach is one of Cairns northern beaches & is 12 miles from the city, it has a relaxed atmosphere with a quiet beach, al fresco restaurants and a small shopping centre. Adjoining beaches allow for long walks between the 4 or 5 other adjoining beach areas along palm lined sands.The area is ideally situated to visit all the many attractions that the reef, rainforest & surrounding tablelands have to offer or to just relax on the many beaches. Cairns International Airport which services all the major cities & regions in Australia is only 20 minutes away. The area is ideal for cycling, walking, water activities, fishing & golf (4 courses).
House is 17 years old on one level with modern kitchen, lounge/diner, bathroom, laundry room & sun room which leads to the outside patio & pool.We are early retirees, non-smokers, who emigrated from Somerset in 1981. We are planning an extended trip to UK to visit friends & family in the North Somerset area in the 2nd half of 2004 including our first cold Xmas for 23 years. We are seeking an exchange for the whole or a large part of the trip, dates are open.
We are active & enjoy the outdoor life particularly walking/cycling also yoga & golf. We are animal lovers, experienced horse people & currently have 2 dogs who we could arrange to be cared for or we would be happy to do a mutual pet swap. We are good house guests & would take care of your property as if it was our own.A 2001 Hyundai Elantra hatchback would be available.
