	We are an active retired couple living in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast,Queensland.Our interesting home,3dble brms,2bathrooms,all modern conveniences is set on 1/2 an acre in quiet bush surround in a friendly neighbourhood.Bird life abundant.From our large verandah we take in a wonderful 21kms panoramic view of the coastline of the Pacific Ocean.Wonderful surfing beaches and rivers only 10mins away.Foote Park Sanctuary with its 6 hectacres of forest walks is within 4mins walking distance.The many major tourist attractions including Noosa,Blackall and Conondale Ranges are within 1 hours easy drive from our home.Shopping centres 10mins drive or a short walk to our local village shops. This area caters for all sporting activities-fishing,crafts,markets, antiques and art galleries and a variety of restaurants in a relaxed holiday atmosphere. Brisbane our capital city is one hours drive south, 2 hours to the Gold Coast . We are looking for an exchange in Italy, France or Spain, in 2002. We have exchanged homes previously. Our vehicle and caravan will be available in the exchange.
