	We are offering to rent our Queensland (Gold Coast) Australia, apartment which is in a block of 9,less than 50 yards from the beautiful beach of Currumbin.The unit is spotless and consists of 3 bedrooms,No.1 main with queensize bed, large wardrobe, dressing room, ensuite bathroom; and Bedrooms 2 & 3 with 2 single beds in each, large wardrobes,Kitchen/dining/lounge opening on to a front balcony with lovely beach views. The unit is about 6 years old and we have furnished it mainly in limed cane with soft furnishings.We have an intercom at front of building which makes it very secure, with lock up garage for one car underneath the building (street parking in front also)Buses a few yards away for all the Gold Coast attractions and shopping and to other beaches along the coast. Currumbin is suitable for families has low rise buildings, and has the most marvellous controlled surfing beach but also has a passive area suitable for children. We have low key eating cafes, but also have some nice restaurants nearby. We are 5 minutes drive from Coolangatta airport and about 2 hrs. from Brisbane the capital. We live in New Zealand, but holiday rent through a local Currumbin agent where linen can be hired at a very reasonable rate.
