	Hi, We are avid travellers and have travelled to Israel to visit family every two years, we also travel annually to other countries and as we have both semi retired are looking to travel more often. Jan works part time in a plant nursery and has a fantastic home garden. I (Brian) have just sold my real estate business and am starting a local wine and food trail tour catering for families and corporates who would like to see something different such as an agri tour. We live in an inland city of 50,000 surrounded by vineyards and orchards. We are 550k from Melbourne and 400k from Adelaide. Our home is modern 3 bedrooms and we have a cottage at the bottom of the garden. We can walk to cinema, restaurants, River and theatre. We can exchange vehicle, we are non smokers. You would have to water the lovel garden,thats all!! World heritage parks are close.
