An english style cottage suitable for 2 adults, seniors preferred. Located in the older more desirable part of Whitby, which is 20 miles east of downtown Toronto. Within easy walking distance of commuter train. Property is surrounded by tall cedar hedges. Rear garden has an inground unheated swimming pool. House has all of the modern amenities including two computers and even a basement workshop.No smoking, except on the large enclosed sunporch which has a new BBQ. Will consider a car exchange.
We are not too interested in exchanging during the summer months when we are able to use our pool and tend the garden, unless we find a like minded couple who would tend to these chores while we, in turn, tended to similar chores in their home.
Primarily interested in exchanges in the UK but open to suggestions.
