Our 3 bedroomed detached, riverside home, in the centre of Nelson (top of the South island, New Zealand) is available for a long term exchange of several months with a home in England, somewhere south of a line with the Bristol area tending towards the South/SouthEast if possible. The property is on the flat, is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre with all its facilities and entertainment centres. The ground floor living areas have cathedral ceilings for that spacious feeling and views over the River Maitai and beyond to the treed reserve. Two bedrooms occupy each end of the ground floor with shared facilities in between. The first floor has another bedroom with sky lights and an en-suite. Safe Tahuna beach is only 10 minutes drive away. We are British Ex-pats, non-smokers, semi retired and whilst we have a lovely cat, would be willing to re-home him if necessary. We are not fussy about the type of property we exchange with as long as it is in an area in which we can find work. Children OK. |
