	We are looking for an exchange to the UK for the period March-June 2007 (not London or Scotland). We have a large detached fully furnished 3000sq.ft house situated 20kms north of Wellington the capital of New Zealand, comprising two floors. The first floor includes a large lounge with dining area, a living room and kitchen combined, plus three double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a family bathroom and two separate toilets. The ground floor comprises another large living area, currently being used as a rumpus room and study. In addition there is a bed sitting room with its own bathroom, toilet and shower. The ground floor opens out through french doors to a pleasant private garden. The first floor also has two sets of french doors (or ranch sliders) from both the lounge and living room, leading out onto a large balcony with beautiful views over the local harbour (see photograph). In addition we have a double garage with internal access (a car could be included in the exchange), and small gardens surrounding the front and sides. Wellington is situated in the south of the North Island and is both the seat of government and cultural centre of New Zealand. The Parliament buildings are located here along with the National Museum and Art Gallery and lots of theatres, concert halls and entertainment centres. Every two years Wellington hosts the International Arts Festival, which brings performers and artists from all over the world to the capital. Wellington is also the gateway to the South Island, being a short ferry trip from the Marlborough Sounds and then a 3-4 hour drive to the spectacular scenery of the Southern Alps with its associated winter sports activities (skiing etc) North of the city you will also find long meandering beaches with a temperate and sunny climate (over 2200 hours of sunshine per year). A car could also be included in the exchange.
