Beautiful, contemporary ocean-view 3 bedroom home in the delightful small town of Ladysmith on the east coast of Vancouver Island. Our house is bright and spacious with a large outside deck and ocean views from all rooms. We are minutes from the beach, boating, hiking trails, restaurants & shops and close to golf courses, theatres, farmers markets and artisans. Ladysmith is a great base to explore the many wonders of Vancouver Island. Ferry terminals are 25 minutes away. Nanaimo airport is 12 minutes. Victoria is just over an hour.
We have one easy to care for cat and would be happy to cat sit in any exchange. We are a non-smoking couple.
