balcony used as office. Microwave, D/W, W/D, gas FP, piano, flat screen TV, VCR, CD/DVD players. Suitable for 1 or 2 adults. No children, no smoking, no pets, please. Tourist area and arts community. Short walk (downhill) or 3-minute
drive to beach, pier and restaurant row. Tennis, golf, walking, horseback riding, beachcombing, movie house and live theatre all nearby. Good local and express bus/skytrain service to Vancouver (1 hour). We are
40 minutes by car from Vancouver Airport and 40 minutes from ferry to
Vancouver Island. Susan is a semi-retired businesswoman and Bob a retired aerospace engineer. For 2010 we would like a 1-2 week exchange near the beach on Vancouver Island or in Washington State. We are experienced exchangers and would take good care of your home. Sorry, we prefer not to offer a car exchange.
