Retired university professor wishes to exchange his Seattle condo with one in a great area. Have worked overseas a dozen years, exchanged three times before and am comfortable in variety of places. I do like Latin America, Caribbean, Europe but am open. Tend to like center of large cities with extensive cultural life such as found in Seattle. However, enjoy the beach, too. Seattle condo is nearly a hundred square meters, two bedrooms and two baths on 18th floor of downtown high rise. Photo shows entrance hall. Corner unit with totally unobstructed view of the bay four blocks west (cruise ships dock a five minute walk away) and central business district five minutes south.
Location is half way between Pike Place Market and Seattle Center. I have a car but walk or use free public bus much of the time. My condo is new, furnished in Art Deco style, with upscale furnishings such as granite counters, marble bath, washer and dryer, granite faced electric fireplace,art work, fast Internet connection. Recently installed a 42" HD flat screen TV. 24/7 concierge at front desk, heated indoor swimming pool, gym, extensive gardens on roof. Twice house has been used as an open house demonstrating downtown living. Beautiful. No smoking. Simple to keep up as not cluttered. Cleaning lady available. Would be two of us who are neat and responsible. Have exchanged before and can give references. We are good people! |
