We’re a retired couple looking for a short term swap in or near London, England in the Fall of 2011. Our three bedroom, two full bathroom home is located on Florida’s east coast in the small town of New Smyrna Beach. The location is ideal for golfers, because our house is on a golf course, and there are other golf courses nearby.
Our beach, which is only five miles from the house, is one of the best on Florida’s east coast, because you’re permitted to drive and park on the beach. There’s never any problem finding a parking space!
New Smyrna Beach is only a few miles from the Cape Canaveral National Seashore, a Federal park with access to ocean beaches and to the Intracoastal Waterway. We’re not far from some of the most popular attractions in Florida - Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Speedway, and St. Augustine.
