Multiple decks some with water views; ~ 2,200 sqf (200 sqm) with spacious open bright and cheerful floor plan. Front Deck- Private, enclosed with view across the Pacific Ocean, is great for eating and bar-barbequing.
Second Floor:
Large open living room-dining room combination with hardwood floors, oriental rugs, corner fireplace and slate hearth, large screen high definition TV, spacious kitchen with gorgeous granite counters and huge pantry. There is a large powder room adjacent to the dining room. The master bedroom is very large with a king size bed, sitting area with luxurious master bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub.
Third floor:
Large second bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath. There is also a bright sunny family room with a second fireplace and study space. and a double size comfortable futon sofa bed. There is room to put up some blow-up beds which we also have available.
The house has four decks with views of the harbor and Pacific Ocean. In addition, there is a computer with broadband internet connection, wi-fi, large screen plasma TV with high definition TV and surround sound. The house has plenty of towels and bed linen and house keeping services can be arranged weekly.
