Beautiful 2BR/3BA plus office 1700 sq. ft. Townhome in gated community on the Golf Course. All amenities including washer, dryer, dishwasher, VCR, DVD, Cable & High Speed Internet. There are ceiling fans in all rooms plus air conditioning. Walk to nearby shopping & resturants. We are in the northwest part of Tucson, called Oro Valley. This is a very nice gated community that backs up to the beautiful Pusch Ridge Mountains and is next to the El Conquistador Resort. There is also horseback riding, tennis, golf and hiking trails nearby as well as many interesting towns within a two hour drive. Tucson is the gateway to Mexico, just one hour away. A drive to one of the Wonders of the World, The Grand Canyon, is 4 1/2 hours by car.
Phoenix, Scotsdale, Tombstone, Bisbee are just a few of the daytrips one could make. Beautiful Sedona is a 3 1/2 hour drive. Tucson is known for it's Championship Golf Courses and Desert Saguaro Beauty. Visit Saquaro National Park and the world reknown Desert Museum. Our home was built in 2005 and is very comfortable with vaulted ceilings. King size bed in master bedroom & queen size bed in second bedroom. Backyard with lovely patio, grass, Spa, Fish Pond and built in BBQ. We are open to travel anywhere. Both my husband & I are retired and available for travel anytime. We would also do a vehicle exchange. We also have a cabin 3 hours away in the White Mountains that may be available. Listing #2969 |
