We booked a cruise September 2011 from Vancouver to Sydney It would be really nice if we can arrange a home-exchange from end of July 2011, around 4-6 weeks Preferable anywhere from San Francisco to San Diego area. We love to arrange an exchange for that period.

We live in a quiet, beautiful area in Albany Creek, a northern suburb of Brisbane, Queensland. Shops are nearby and several large shopping malls are only a short drive. (10 Min) The Brisbane airports are 25 mins away and a regular bus service to Brisbane CTB is available. Brisbane is a clean, modern city with friendly people to help you enjoy your stay. We are within a one hour drive - south- to the Gold Coast with its many activities and - north - Sunshine Coast and Australia Zoo, home of the Crocodile Hunter.

We are also close to many national parks, walking and more walking.. If you like swimming or golf it’s all there, just around the corner from our place.

Our home... There are 3 bedrooms, one in use as office/ computer room (broadband), one big bathroom, lounge and separate dining area. A very nice kitchen with all the convenience appliances, air-conditioning. Our patio is surrounded by my pride and joy (garden). We are non -smokers, We are very clean and houseproud, so we will look after your place like ours. We did four home exchanges and enjoyed all of them. Our wonderful neighbours, Barbara and Gary, always there for advice. Our car is a Toyota Camry 2004, automatic, with approximate 45000 km on the speedometer.
