Street patio's in front of restored 1850's buildings and the bluest sparkling water in Cobourg marina are just two treasures making our town a gem. On the sandy beaches and broad walk, one can wander and watch the white sails of the sailing boats. Cobourg can be very 'lively' and is known for it's gala's, waterfront festivals, live concerts and art galleries throughout the year, attracting visitors throughout the world to it's art's and live theater.

We are a retired couple, strict non smokers and seasoned travelers. We care meticulously for our home and would likewise treat your home with the same respct and care.

Our home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, five minutes walk to the lake and easy walking distance to the center of town. A 3 bedroom, smoke and pet free, air-conditioned home, comfortably furnished in modern teak furniture, kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar, living/dining room, two bathrooms, a cosy family room with satalite TV, DVD and gas fire place,plus a Laundry room . Internet and computer access is available. Walk out through our garden doors off the kitchen to a large private, covered deck with comfortable wicker furniture and a gas barbique. A delight at any time of the day to relax or entertain. Our garden is a joy to both of us and very private, our neighbours, all retired, are only too pleased to help in any way they can, but at the same time unobtrusive. The outdoor enthusiast will enjoy the numerous golf courses, fishing, sailing and swimming opportunities, walking and bike trails ( two bicycles available)also numerous trips withing an few minutes drive for sightseeing. Our 2006 Honda Odyssey vehicle could be arranged for exchange.
