	My house is located on four acres of oceanfront property near Parksville/Qualicum, British Columbia, Canada. The house is an older smaller 750 sq. feet with basement. This is the second older of two houses on the property. Next door is a four acre vacant lot and on the other side is an eight acre Nature Park. The Parksville/Qualicum area is a very popular summer tourist destination. I am a retired civil servant, non smoker, and very modest drinker with no pets. I'd likely be travelling alone or with one other person. My interests are cycling, hiking, tennis, and gardening. All in inquiries will be answered.
