Hello...Our golf community of Sun City Vistoso is a popular retirement area for acitive adults wanting to be in the sunbelt. Every kind of activity is available within Sun City (hot tubs, swimming pools, classes, etc) & it also provides great headquarters to explore this part of the U.S.A. Our home offers a huge, & very private backyard that overlooks the desert & Catalina mountains. From the covered patio you have a constant parade of quail & the occasional road runner. The gas BBQ grill offers a fun way to entertain. We have a few photos available via e-mail. There are views from almost every room of the mountains & desert. The house has a definite southwest decor right down to the custom dining table accented by suguaro cactus "bones" died in SW colors!!
We are will consider any exchange, but would be especially interested in mountain areas and places on or near the water in the USA or abroad.
Another possibility, if you don't want an exchange, is renting the house anytime of the year. Please note that the house is not available for exchange during the months of Jan, Feb, or March. A car exchange is a possibility also. (also no pets please)
