2 bath, 3500 sq.ft NON-SMOKING house in a beautiful, quiet upscale neighborhood (Scripps Ranch) in San Diego. Our house includes a newer kitchen, wet bar, and relaxing patios. A community pool with tennis courts are within 2 blocks. Located in the north central area, we are 15-30 minutes from almost any activity, including Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, S.D. Lindbergh airport, downtown, beaches, mountains and within an hours drive of the desert.
There's plenty to do in San Diego including museums, wineries, and lots of golf courses. A short drive will put you on any of numerous beaches, where you can surf, rent bikes, or walk on the beach, and enjoy a meal in your choice of restaurants, including the famous Hotel Del Coronado.
For the MLB fan, there's the S.D. Padres baseball games (Apr-Oct) in the new downtown Petco Park, where you can enjoy the fun night-life afterwards in the new Gaslamp district. If you like NFL football, there's S.D. Chargers (Sep-Dec) just 15 minutes south in Mission Valley.
Mexico is a 45 minute drive south, while Disneyland is a 90 minute drive north and Hollywood is less than 2 hours away.
We are both retired. High-speed internet available as wired or wireless (bring your own laptop). We would prefer to exchange our cars as well. We have a 2002 Toyota Avalon and a 2008 Toyota Highlander SUV. Looking forward to an exchange anywhere anytime.
