Our condos have a full kitchen, wifi, washer/dryer in the unit, air conditioning, lanai, queen size beds, laminate floors, pool, sauna, hot tub, bbq grills, 24 hour parking--no charge, and 24 hour security.

We have just recently retired and these are vacation/second homes for us. We have used this site for 2 exchanges to Italy in the past year, and have already arranged an exchange to California and France for 2010. We take good care of our property and will do the same with yours.

We are non-smoking retired educators. Marie was a middle school and high school counselor, and Stan was head of the Humanities Department at the local college. We come from very different backgrounds: a farm girl from Ohio and a city boy reared in the cultural center of Boston. Retiring on the Outer Banks near our two grown children and three small grandchildren, we have lived and worked for 30 years in North Carolina. We love to spend quality time with our family, engulf ourselves in the beauty of nature, lose ourselves reading a good novel, and attend classical music concerts or the theater.
