This is a lovely old tudor-style home in View Royal, an easy 10 minutes from Victoria city centre, with all mod cons and a gorgeous, no maintenance required, garden with outdoor hot tub (lots more photos on request). Car available but bus stop at the door if you prefer. Easy access to Vancouver and the US. Airport and ferries to the mainland are only 35 mins. by car. Ferry to Seattle leaves from downtown. If you've been reading all these listings you already know that Victoria has everything, from ski-ing to golf, from concerts of all kinds to whale-watching. We (Jack and Lillian) are both retired and ready to travel anywhere, any time, but especially in Western Europe, including the British Isles.
