We are close to beaches,45 minutes from Busch Gardens in Tampa,1 1/2 hours from Disney World, Sea World, Holy Land Experience, etc.in Orlando. The Devil Rays and the Tampa Bay Buccaneer's are close by too. Also 45 minutes from the Tampa airport or Sarasota airport.

We live on a beautiful 54 acre lake with big allegators and lots of different birds. We have a water view from three sides of our home. A blue heron, named "Buford",comes up every day and looks in our window, waiting for me to come out and feed him. You can fish from our back yard, using our fishing poles. We have a view of the sunrise over the lake each morning out our back windows, and the sunset over another lake looking out our front windows.

You will have access to the community pools, the large exercise room and you may drive our golf cart anywhere in Sun City Center, to the stores or churches, or just go out for a cruise around the town. There are lots of golf coarses close by.

We have Fios T.V and computer service.

You can have peace and quiet,or if you prefer, you can stay active with all the things to do in the Tampa Bay/St. Pete, or Orlando area. We are non-smokers and we want to trade with non-smokers. A small,well behaved pet would be fine.

We might consider trading cars.
