Our home is two story, 3bdrm.,
2bath,
on a cul de sac, in a quiet
neighborhood.
We have lived here for 30 years and
have
made many upgrades. We have a nice
deck, BBQ, large lawn area with
hammock, hot tub. Great views of the
mountains, walk accross the road to
the
Truckee River, 1 mile from downtown
restaurants and shops, 5 miles from
Donner Lake, 12 miles from Lake
Tahoe.
We face south and get lots of sun, the
house is very open and bright. We are
close to skiing, bike trails, hiking
trails,
etc. Sue is an Elem. school teacher
and Craig works at Hyatt Lake Tahoe.
We have two grown children and look
forward to traveling more in our future
and are very active. We love to hike,
ski, kayak, swim, bike, etc. We keep
our home very clean and would expect
the same of our guests. We typically
leave shoes in entry way, as the
mountain weather brings in dust,
water and gravel. We would treat your
home as we do our own. We do have a
very shy cat that is really no trouble.
We are
interested in US exchanges, Baja, Italy,
Greece, Ireland. Car could be
available. |
