Would like an exchange non
simultaneous in April/May 2012
in France. We have business
in Paris and would like to
remain in France until the end
of May. These are not great
months in the mountains of
Colorado but we are willing to
give you choice of other
months which are lovely.
Beautiful large mountain home
on 27 acres with pond (sleeps
8). This year we have seen
Moose, Elk and deer on our
property. 4
Bedrooms, 4 Baths, 3
fireplaces, quiet and
relaxing. Large deck and
patio. Jeep Wrangler available
during summer months. Lots of
hiking out the back door. 30
minutes to the charming
university town of Boulder, 10
minutes to the quaint mountain
town of Nederland, CO and
fifteen minutes to Central
City and Blackhawk, Colorado
with their mining history and
modern day casinos and one
hour and fifteen minutes to
Rocky Mountain National Park.
One hour and thirty minutes to
Denver International Airport,
can arrange for pick-up and
delivery to Jeep. Thirty five
minute drive to several nice
golf courses.
We have had two house
exchanges
and can give a
reference. High end
furnishings well kept. Can
send pictures with
interest.Does not have to be a
concurrent exchange as we have
another residence where we can
stay.
