The condo is a 10 minute walk to Robson Street shopping, Denman, Robson and Davie Street entertainment areas with restaurants, bars, nighclubs and the major entertainment venues. 2 blocks down the street and you are at the ocean and seawall walkway that leads around Stanley Park past the major beaches that Vancouver has to offer. We are a 20 minute walk to downtown Vancouver, Pacific Centre Mall and the main shopping areas. Also within walking distance are cinemas and live theatres. It is also a short walk to the ferry that takes you around the False Creek Harbour and over to Granville Island Market. We are 30 minutes by cab to the airport, or within a short bus ride to the Canada Line that links the airport with downtown.

We are a gay male couple in our 50s who have retired early and are now looking to travel and meet new people. We are open to shorter or longer term bookings, singles or couples. We also have access to a cabin or second home, so a non-simultaneous home exchange might also be an option depending on the time of year. There would be 2 adults travelling (maybe another couple, but only upon approval from the other home exchanger)and we also have a people friendly adult male cat (Frank) that would stay in the condo for simultaneous exchanges and most likely be with us for short-term non-simultaneous.
