Killcare is a small seaside village, approximately 70 kms north of Sydney (much of that is freeway). Our village has a couple of shops, beauty parlour, 4 cafes/restaurants, a surf club with a kiosk, a pub with a licensed restaurant, a newsagent/general store, a liquor store, a post office, and a boat marina - just the way we like it! It feels like the country, but is easily accessible to Sydney. Ten minutes from us is a commuter train to Sydney. Killcare is a popular upmarket tourist destination for Australians and overseas visitors alike.
The house is equipped with all modern conveniences.
We are surrounded by National Parks, inland waterways and the ocean. The area offers a wonderful opportunity for bush walking, swimming, surfing, fishing etc.
We are Digby and Marilyn and both retired from professional careers. We are non-smokers and prefer no smoking in the house.
