AREA: We have recently retired to Pauanui , a seaside community on the Coromandel Peninsula, where we have built a new beach house. The area is busy in the summer, school holidays and holiday weekends. Druing the rest of the year it is relatively quiet. ACCOMMODA TION: A newly built beach house on a landscaped plot, 500m from white sand surf beach. Excellent open plan living/dining/kitchen opening on both sides to decks and all day sun. Private back lawn with garden lounge swing seat under mature olive trees. Three double bedrooms plus bunk room (main bedroom has ensuite and private lounge opening onto upstairs deck), family bathroom, laundry/utility room. The very well equipped kitchen has an island bench, walk in pantry, Rangemaster electric cooker and opens directly onto front deck and barbeque area. Winters are relatively mild but we have a very efficient woodburner fire in lounge and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The house is very suitable for two or more.

OTHER: We are happy to look at a vehicle swap and have no Pets to care for. Also available are bicycles, surfboard, boogie board, golf clubs, bowls. There is a local Library and Bridge and Mahjong Clubs. Wireless Broadband available.

ABOUT US: We are a careful, tidy, considerate couple in our early 60's, non smokers. We are well travelled and have family in the UK and NZ.

A two Bedroom Townhouse/Cottage in Tauranga (Bay of Plenty) may also be available depending on the time of your visit.

Anytime, any destination considered and a non simultaneous exchange is OK. Short term exchanges within NZ and Australia available if convenient.
