Set in 25 acres of botanical gardens, we have access to two tennis courts, a 25 metre heated swimming pool, a gymnasium and BBQ areas.

Our apartment has a large, open living area, with a sunny outlook to the terrace and garden. The main bedroom is compact and comfortable with plenty of built-in wardrobe space.

The second bedroom/study is mostly a study, but it does have a double futon bed which, we are told, is quite comfortable.

The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated very recently.

Our home is very accessible to shops and restaurants (about 5 minutes by car) and the Yarra Bike trail extends to the city and elsewhere.

We want to visit a pleasant town or village in England, in September and October 2011, for about eight weeks, a train ride from London. We need car exchange as well.

Rod is a too-busy psychiatrist, and I am a musician. We really need a nice long holiday. Hope we can find an exchange at such short notice.
