Condo first floor, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a beautiful balcony. Quiet neighborhood, walk distance to shopping and restaurants, 350 m. from the beach. We are a retired couple, 65 and 60 years old. I am physiotherapist and my wife is decorators. We exchanged home in Paris, Wien, Boston, San Francisco and Honolulu.
