Our condo is located right on the beach of the barrier island called North Hutchinson Island which is within the city limits of Ft. Pierce. Vero Beach is ten miles north. Orlando, the Kennedy Space Center, and Miami are within 2 hours drive. Our condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, TV cable, washer/dryer, etc., and is on the fifth floor of a fifteen story building. We have a south exposure, which means the balcony is warm and sunny in the winter and shady in the summer. It has spectacular sunrise and sunset views, and you can watch the boats go in and out of the Ft. Pierce Channel. In addition to the beautiful ocean view, you can also see the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony. The beach has a private access. The complex has a large heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and many other amenities. There are many good restaurants and golf courses in the area. Ft. Pierce is a nice clean well developed little town that up to this point has been mostly undiscovered! We are non-smokers and we would like our condo to remain smoke free. Our condo association does not allow guests to bring pets. Our place is available for exchange year round. Most of the time we live in our home on the west coast of Florida. We mainly use our condo as a retreat. Therefore, exchanges do not have to be simultaneous. I am a retired college professor and my wife “Cheetah” is a real estate agent.
