On the main floor there is a living room, kitchen and dinning room with a lanai. On the second floor there are 2 lovely master bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, carport, a wonderful view of pond and rich greenery with many golf courses within a 10 minute drive. Community heated pool, tennis courts and it is a quick drive to Siesta Key which has one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Lots to do i.e. theatre,shopping, restaurants, Busch Gardens,and Disney is only 1.1/2 hours away,

I have friendly neighbours and my home is well stocked with the basics and I have just bought a larger (55 inch) HD TV. I have internet and phones for your use, no long distance however.
