Our one-level home was built in Lehigh Acres in 2003, in a very quiet neighborhood (about 16 miles from downtown Fort Myers). The home has 1900 sq. feet under air, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open kitchen/living area with sliding glass doors overlooking our screened-in lanai that opens to a deck with an orchid house. We have high speed internet, several TVs hooked up to cable, CD, DVD and VHS players as well as many books, games, and access to our 2005 chevy impala 4-door automobile. We live close to the Gulf of Mexico where there are many gorgeous beaches. The wonderfully serene Marco Island, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, absolutely wonderful shelling, as well as many quaint towns and beaches and the plush City of Naples are nearby. You could catch a ferry to Key West, view the Everglades, ride a fishing boat to wherever - too much to mention. We are non smokers; smoking is permitted on our lanai in the open air. We also have no pets. We have a lawn service and automatic sprinklers - so you need not concern yourselves with outdoor maintenance. We would like to visit the Reno, Nevada area in Oct. 2010 but are open to other destinations worldwide. |
