Hi folks, Charles and Gerry live in a gated residential community designed for seniors called Highland Fairways. Nestled within our community is a club house with billiards and exercise rooms, along with outdoor amenities of an Olympic size heated pool, heated whirlpool spa, shuffle board, tennis courts, and private 18 hole executive golf course. Highland Fairways is located between two major Florida cities - Tampa and Orlando - with a thirty to forty-five minute drive respectively. Great freeway connections to Florida attractions - Disney World, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, SeaWorld, Universal Studios Theme Park, Kennedy Space Center, professional sporting events, golf courses, and Florida beaches on Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic ocean, to name only a few. Central Florida during months of September and October is typically sunny with outside daytime temperatures of 80° F and slightly cooler during evening.
Our house is a two bedroom/2 bathroom fully furnished air conditioned home which includes: a one car attached garage, sun porch, laundry room with washer/dryer, eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, high speed internet access, and cable TV. A golf cart is available for your use while golfing on Highland Fairways executive golf course. We are non-smokers, and prefer that interior of our home be smoke-free.
This is our first experience with ‘house exchange’. We are interested in two to four week exchange during September or October 2011 within rail commuting distance to London, England. Charles lived in Beaconsfield for 3 years, and visited many times thereafter.
