We are offering our 1800 square foot, two bedroom and two bathroom home in a quiet area of Victoria, about a 15 minute drive to the city centre. There is also public transit.
Victoria is a beautiful city which is the home of the world famous Butchart Gardens. We also have the Empress Hotel, which serves high tea daily, whale watching boat trips, wonderful trails for cycling and walking, hiking trails nearby, wonderful strolls along the beautiful waterfront as well as golfing nearly all year round. Our home has all modern conveniences, and has been totally renovated and updated within the last 3 years. We are fit 64 and 61 year old retirees who are wanting to travel, preferrably to Europe, but would consider other locations. We would be open to offering our car on exchange(automatic shift), and since we have a fully contained large (1000 square feet) modern suite on the ground floor, our exchange need not be simultaneous. |
