500 year old house in Northern Italy (Ferrara). Situated in quiet cul-de-sac just outside Renaissance city wall. 2 bedrms, living room, modern kitchen and 1 1/2 baths, central heating. Bicycles provided.
By train Ferrara is: 1/2 hour from Bologna, 1.5 hours from either Florence or Venice; 2.5 from Milan; 3.5 from Rome. Ferrara is cold in the winter, often foggy, but it seldom snows.
I am not here from November to May and would like someone in the house. Reasonable rent. 1 week minimum.

Cape May beach house
There are two homes available. One is a duplex that is a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath on each side. Each side rents separtely. The house is two blocks to the beach and two blocks to the center of Cape May, NJ. The other home is a 7+ bedroom house that is one block to the beach and is ideal for family reunions and gatherings. The Village Green Inn is a federal style home originally built in 1804 and extensively renovated as a victorian in 1894. It is tastefully decorated in soft colors, antiques and reproductions creating a restful and comfortable atmosphere. Guest rooms are large and immaculately clean.
